By downloading or using Maximus Vitality ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
Maximus Vitality is a habit and fitness gamification app. Core quest-tracking features are free. An optional auto-renewing subscription, Maximus Vitality Pro, unlocks unlimited custom quests, unlimited custom reminders, custom rank colors and a profile bio, tighter quest-timing windows, and viewing other players' Legacy records.
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt its services, impersonate another user, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The name you choose is visible to other users on the friends list and leaderboard. It must not be obscene, hateful, or impersonate someone else. Automated filtering blocks obviously objectionable names.
You can report another user's profile and block a user so their profile is hidden from you, both from within the App. We review reports and, for repeat or serious violations, may suspend or remove the associated account. If you believe something needs our attention, contact us (see below) — we aim to respond promptly.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us (see our Privacy Policy for details).
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximus Vitality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
